Who we are

The Vermont Horse Shows Association (VHSA) was established in 1931 to support people who are interested in horse showing in Vermont.

VHSA has been a cornerstone of equestrian activities in Vermont, dedicated to promoting and supporting horse shows and exhibitions across the state. With a mission to encourage the enjoyment of horses for both pleasure and competition, VHSA plays a vital role in organizing events, coordinating schedules, and fostering a sense of community among riders and enthusiasts. By establishing rules and classifications for its affiliated shows, the association ensures a high standard of competition while celebrating the rich tradition of equestrian sports in Vermont. Whether you’re competing, cheering from the sidelines, or just discovering your love for horses, VHSA welcomes everyone to share in the excitement and tradition of horse shows across the state.

VHSA invites everyone to be part of its vibrant equestrian culture.
